Below you will find the answers to a number of frequently asked questions when it comes to private jet hire:

When can I depart?

Departure times are entirely up to you.
Air X requires only a few hours' notice to prepare for your flight and the only limiting factor will be time slots for take-off and landing (EU regulated).
Unlike commercial airlines, we only ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before your flight.

Owner’s approval?

Although Air X does also offer aircraft management services, the core fleet of aircraft is company owned.
This means that if you schedule a flight with us, you and only you decide when you are ready to take off.

How much luggage can I bring?

This depends on the number of passengers flying, but generally you will average over 2 suitcases per passenger. Weight is the limiting factor so the fewer the passengers, the more luggage one can bring. If you are flying alone, you can easily bring a handful of luggage with you.

Can we fly with a pet?

Flying with your dog or cat is one of the best perks of private jet charter. Bring your pets with you and have them sit right beside you on your flight. Taking the family dog or cat on vacation has never been easier or more comfortable.

What can be eaten on board?

The answer is simple: anything. When booking your flight, let the team at Air X know what you would like to be served or whether there are special dietary requirements that need to be met.
